Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential job applicants through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future openings.
- Update and maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and company culture.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
