Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various industries including administrative, technical, and industrial sectors.
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and job boards to identify high-quality talent and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Phone Screening: Conduct professional initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Client Relationship Management: Communicate regularly with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide status updates on open positions.
- Onboarding Coordination: Guide new hires through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating computer systems and learning new software quickly.
- Drive: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: No prior recruiting experience required; we provide the training you need to succeed.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Colorado Springs, CO.
