Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct candidate interviews via phone and video platforms
- Source and screen resumes using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Update recruitment databases with candidate information and status changes
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting positions across multiple channels
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools
- Support onboarding processes for temporary and direct-hire placements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or Communications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of recruitment compliance and EEO guidelines
- 1+ years of customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail
