Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries using job boards, social media, and networking
- Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate candidate databases
- Conduct initial phone interviews and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and nurture relationships with job seekers through personalized communication
- Assist in developing job descriptions and marketing materials for client openings
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to team performance reports
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years in recruitment, staffing, or customer service role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail

- Valid Tennessee driver's license (occasional client visits required)
