Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate data
- Build relationships with local job seekers and industry professionals
- Assist with onboarding processes for temporary and direct-hire placements
- Conduct preliminary candidate evaluations for skills and cultural fit
- Support marketing initiatives to attract qualified talent
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
- 0-2 years in recruitment, HR, or customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms
