Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews for diverse industry roles
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and maintain candidate pipelines
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Post job openings across multiple platforms including LinkedIn and Indeed
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends and competitor strategies
- Assist with onboarding processes for temporary and permanent placements
- Prepare weekly recruitment reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 0-2 years of recruiting or customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
