Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client companies
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System
- Support job fairs and community recruitment initiatives in the Memphis area
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client hiring needs
- Assist with onboarding new hires and contract management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service mindset with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn recruitment best practices
- Valid driver's license for local client meetings
