Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, referrals, and social media platforms
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Assist with job postings and employer branding initiatives
- Support client relationship management and communication
- Participate in recruitment team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic ATS knowledge
