Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates for open positions across diverse industries
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and applicants
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate data
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate fit
- Assist with job postings and social media recruitment campaigns
- Build and nurture relationships with local job seekers
- Prepare weekly recruitment reports for hiring managers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
