Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data entry and candidate communication workflows
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist with job posting optimization across multiple recruitment platforms
- Maintain accurate candidate records and compliance documentation
- Support client relationship management through regular status updates
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to develop recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0-2 years in recruitment, staffing, or customer service environments
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic ATS software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license (client site visits required)
