Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Manage applicant tracking system data entry and maintain accurate candidate records
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Assist with job posting optimization and employer branding initiatives
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to fill diverse roles across multiple industries
Qualifications
