Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using job boards and professional networks
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Assist with job posting creation and distribution across platforms
- Support marketing initiatives for staffing services to local businesses
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to optimize hiring processes
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software
