Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques and job boards
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates across diverse industries
- Update and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) with precise candidate data
- Assist in crafting compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing content
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Support onboarding processes for temporary and contract placements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
