Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and client companies
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Assist with job postings and marketing campaigns to attract top talent
- Prepare weekly reports on recruitment metrics and pipeline status
- Support team with administrative tasks and documentation compliance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer service mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition principles
- Proactive problem-solving approach and adaptability to changing needs
- Valid Ohio driver's license for occasional client meetings (if required)
