Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client companies
- Update and maintain applicant tracking systems with accurate candidate data
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Assist with job postings, career fair logistics, and employer branding initiatives
- Build and nurture relationships with local job seekers and community partners
- Support recruiters with administrative tasks and documentation
Qualifications
