Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, and our ATS
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate applicant tracking records
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Build relationships with local job seekers and hiring partners
- Contribute to marketing campaigns for open positions
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
