As an Entry-Level Recruiter Assistant, you'll gain hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment processes while building invaluable skills in communication, sourcing, and client relations. Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking events
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data entry and candidate documentation
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist in developing job descriptions and posting positions to multiple platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct market research to identify industry talent trends and competitive compensation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS systems (training provided)
- Customer-service mindset with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solving approach and eagerness to learn
- Valid Georgia driver's license (for occasional client meetings)
