Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct initial phone interviews and assess candidate skills/qualifications
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting positions across multiple platforms
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates and clients
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to weekly team reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
- Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Results-driven mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings
