Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system with candidate data
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting openings
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates

Qualifications
