Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates through phone screenings and interviews
- Post job openings on multiple job boards and social media platforms
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system
- Assist with onboarding new hires and documentation processes
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends
- Support recruitment campaigns through email marketing and outreach
