Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles across Texas
- Manage candidate pipelines in our ATS system with precision and professionalism
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Build and maintain relationships with key hiring partners in Austin and beyond
- Assist with crafting compelling job postings for maximum visibility

Qualifications
