Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Manage candidate pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Assist with job postings across multiple platforms and job boards
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
