Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and employee referrals
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Manage candidate pipelines in our ATS system and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist with job postings, employer branding materials, and social media campaigns
- Participate in weekly team meetings to share candidate insights and market trends
- Support compliance documentation and onboarding processes for placed candidates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of recruitment or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with a service-oriented mindset
