Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions across Miami's key industries
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and maintain accurate candidate records
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates through professional communication
- Assist with job postings across digital platforms and job boards
- Support recruitment team with administrative tasks and reporting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles
