Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using job boards and professional networks
- Conduct initial phone interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and maintain candidate records
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist with job postings and employer branding initiatives
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates
- Support recruitment team with administrative tasks and reporting
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
- 0-2 years in recruitment, HR, or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Valid Illinois driver's license preferred for occasional client meetings
