Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with clients across Memphis metro area
- Source and screen resumes using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment databases
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires and temporary placements
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to fill open positions efficiently
- Prepare weekly recruitment reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Valid Tennessee driver's license required for local travel
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
