Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) updates and candidate documentation
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist with job posting optimization and employer branding initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with local talent communities
- Support onboarding processes for placed candidates
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local meetings
