Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using job boards and social platforms
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data entry and documentation
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates
- Assist with job postings and employer branding initiatives
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly progress reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
