Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess job fit requirements
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist with job postings and employer branding initiatives
- Build and nurture candidate pipelines for diverse industry roles
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to optimize hiring strategies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (HR/Recruitment coursework preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, customer service, or sales
