Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking events
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Manage applicant tracking system data entry and pipeline maintenance
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist with drafting job descriptions and posting positions across multiple platforms
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends and competitor strategies
- Support team in preparing recruitment reports and performance analytics
Qualifications
