Responsibilities
- Screen and schedule candidate interviews for Memphis-based clients
- Post job openings across digital platforms and job boards
- Assist with onboarding new temporary and contract employees
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment documentation
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to fill high-demand positions
- Support recruitment events and job fairs in the Memphis area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
