Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards and professional networks
- Coordinate interview scheduling between clients and candidates
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system with accurate candidate data
- Assist with crafting compelling job postings and employer branding content
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers
- Support onboarding processes for placed candidates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, customer service, or sales
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment tools
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
