Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using our advanced ATS platform
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for diverse industry roles
- Assist with job postings across multiple job boards and social platforms
- Document recruitment activities in compliance with company standards
- Support team with onboarding and administrative tasks
Qualifications
