Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify job applicants through phone and video interviews
- Post job openings on multiple recruitment platforms and job boards
- Assist with scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Conduct preliminary background checks and reference verification
- Support team in preparing recruitment reports and analytics
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events
Qualifications
