Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Assist with coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate data
- Support outreach efforts to passive candidates through professional networking
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to refine job descriptions and sourcing strategies
- Prepare weekly recruitment reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service
