Responsibilities
- Support recruiters by sourcing qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data entry and candidate pipeline organization
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist with job postings, employer branding content, and social media recruitment campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring contacts
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
