- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate applicant tracking records
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Build relationships with clients to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Assist with job postings and employer branding initiatives
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to weekly team reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Valid Georgia driver's license for occasional client meetings
