Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Manage applicant tracking system data and maintain accurate candidate records
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist in crafting compelling job descriptions and posting opportunities
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts

Qualifications
