Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our applicant tracking system
- Assist with job posting optimization and employer branding initiatives
- Conduct preliminary candidate assessments and skills evaluations
- Support onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to fill diverse industry positions
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (HR, Business, or Communications preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
