Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment processes including job posting, candidate sourcing, and initial screening
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data entry and candidate documentation
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies
- Assist in building and maintaining talent pipelines for key client accounts
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to optimize candidate experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Local Austin market knowledge a plus
