Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess skills/cultural fit
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Post job descriptions to multiple recruitment platforms
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring partners
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS systems
- Customer-service mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of recruitment best practices
- Valid New Mexico driver's license (for occasional client visits)
