Responsibilities
- Screen and interview job applicants via phone and video calls
- Post job openings on 15+ recruitment platforms and social media
- Build and maintain candidate databases with ATS software
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates
- Conduct reference checks and background verification prep
- Assist with onboarding paperwork for new placements
- Track recruitment metrics and generate weekly reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred but not required)
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
