Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various industries.
- Utilize social media platforms and job boards to identify and attract talent.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage the candidate pipeline effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and compensation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and achieve sales/recruiting targets.
