Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions using job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career goals
- Manage candidate pipelines in our ATS, maintaining accurate documentation and compliance
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Facilitate interview scheduling and provide post-interview feedback to candidates
- Assist with onboarding processes and ensure smooth client-candidate transitions
- Participate in recruitment strategy sessions and contribute process improvement ideas
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn recruitment software
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Results-driven mindset with ability to meet KPIs
- Valid Georgia driver's license (for occasional client meetings)
