Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent for our client portfolio.
- Conduct thorough phone screens to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide exceptional customer service throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources is a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to set and achieve personal goals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new CRM software quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn the recruitment industry.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
