Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles (tech, healthcare, finance)
- Conduct phone/video interviews and assess candidate skills/cultural fit
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain candidate pipelines
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to candidates
- Execute targeted job postings and recruitment campaigns
- Meet weekly/monthly KPIs for submissions and placements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor's preferred)
- 0-2 years in recruiting, sales, or customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM/ATS systems
