Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
- Conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate records in our ATS system
- Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Building and nurturing relationships with local business professionals and community networks
- Assisting with job postings, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment campaigns
- Participating in weekly team training sessions to enhance recruitment skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic ATS familiarity
