Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking platforms
- Post job descriptions across multiple channels and optimize for SEO visibility
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments for cultural fit and technical skills
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate profiles in our ATS and CRM systems
- Assist in building client relationships and understanding industry-specific hiring needs
- Participate in recruitment analytics and reporting initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or customer service
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic ATS familiarity
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
