Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Candidates: Identify and attract potential job candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and cold outreach.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
