Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Identify and attract potential job candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and cold outreach.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Scheduling: Coordinate interview schedules and logistics between candidates and hiring managers seamlessly.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand their evolving staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and salary benchmarks in the San Jose area.
- Feedback Loop: Provide constructive feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process to improve their future applications.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Drive: Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to achieve goals and meet targets.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities quickly.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel to client sites may be required).
