Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and procedures in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to implement software updates and security patches.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets and supplies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Familiarity with networking concepts and internet protocols is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work a full-time contract schedule.
